Dr. Rivera specializes in the administration of health centers and in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, in addition to the Association he is director and founder of the Costa Rica Azul Association.
• Member of the National Committee for the National Quality System in Health Products and Technologies, Ministry of Health-INTECO. •
• Promulgated the promulgation of the Decree that declares Medical Tourism as an activity of national interest, 2009 and participated in the promulgation of the Decree of the National Health Tourism Day, 2010.
• Advisor on Medical Tourism of the Ministry of Health in the second Arias Sánchez administration.
